I'm trying to trigger the Town Rank A cutscene, I've already gotten the letter from Mayor Connor saying to come to Town hall but whenever I go nothing happens. Also its weird that on the board it says B even tho I reached rank A already. Can someone please tell me how to trigger this cutscene thank you.

For Town Rank A cutscene, it'll trigger when the weather is Sunny. But also if there's other cutscene that's waiting to be triggered it might trigger that one first.
If you have a week of Sunny day for example, and the cutscene still doesn't trigger, you can report it as bug 🙏
