I met all the merfolk, and I discovered that on the 8th of Spring on the calendar, there's a merfolk birthday with a Coral Island symbol. I play Coral Island on Steamdeck, and maybe on the PC version, there's a picture of the merfolk whose birthday is on the 8th of Spring.
