Every other teleport works. But if I choose to port to the farm, I get ported to the current location.
Permanent issue, had it for about the last 10 in-game days.

I'm having the EXACT same issue, but on XBox. I'd just purchased the house upgrade and while I'm not exactly sure when, it's possible it was in the process of being built over 2 days - when the update came out. Possibly?? Perhaps that's it.
I was responding to Zorua020 - who is having the same issue I am. I'm unable to teleport to my farm. Doesn't matter where I try to teleport from, I just end up at the same spot. I can teleport from place-to-place, just not back to my farm.
