Auto chest causing machines to behave abnormally

As seen in attached clip, suddenly aging barrels that have been in that state for multiple days, suddenly are all completed after one nights sleep and collectible in the auto chest which is abnormal behaviour
This is an ammended report because the original was going to be about machines stopping to function while being connected to autochests and being "clogged" (I do notice there is a post about artisan equipment stopping working report below, but this has only happened to me with connection to autochests)

Hi Pere! Thank you for your report. Can you let us know did you still have any fermented cheese wheels in the Auto-chest storage on Spring 5? If so, how many are they?

I didn’t have any fermented cheese wheels on spring 5 no. Also don’t sadly have the save file anymore for that date because I forgot to grab that early

Hello Pere! We would like to follow up on this issue, May I ask if the Auto Chest in your Cellar still has this issue now in the Coral Island latest version (1.1-1226)? Thank you!

After advancing 10 ingame days I did not see that bug happen no
