Tree Festival uses Energy and i passed out??

I know technical not a crash, but makes the Tree Festival unplayable. I was just in the Tree Festival and noticed that my Stamina is getting drained, so i tested if i would pass out. I did! i couldn't even get the first Task to clean the Area before passing out.

This happened to me!! Ok so you can go back to your save the day of the festival, in the back ups area on the main screen and stock up on food items!

Otherwise it will keep saying your quest in the tree festival when your not!!

i cant eat during the event,i tried. I just had stocked up on tree candy(?) for diving the next day. The Moment you enter the Main Festival you Inventory is empty, except the tools u need for the Festival.

Oh yeah right that happened to me, I just redid the tree festival but made sure I didn’t miss my swings as that’s why my energy ran out .. you may also have to go back to that file and just do the tree festival next year when you have more hp & stamina

so this a known bug? bc i would love to end the Festival proper and not wait on the second year

It could still be a known bug when I reported it but might have to report again and the only way to do it in year 1 is go back to the back up save and just not miss any times you use the hoe, axe or scythe

is there currently a way around the stamina loss or am I just gonna have to quit playing until the bug is fixed?

well @clever vortex said you could do it with full stamina and no miss hits, i didn't try it yet. i would try it tomorrow and if it doesn't work, i think i'll wait on a fix

People say you shouldn’t loss that much stamina but I did but I had to be be very careful to not miss any shots & when I didn’t miss any I was still barely hanging on/ extremely fatigued

just wanted to say I followed the advice in the channel here - made sure not to waste a single swing but also before I went to the festival I chopped down a bunch of trees and stashed the seeds and sap into a global inventory chest. I was able to craft four candied tree seeds during the event and that helped me maintain my stamina. I assume that's aslo a bug and I guess I'll report that too but for the moment I can confirm its a workaround for this situation.

Thanks for helping me out, hope the team gets a hotfix ready soon but I was able to get by and complete the festival

Super, i just tried it as well, but before starting i went to the Hotsspring so i was at max Energy( had to water my Crops) and behold with 501 Energy i completed the Festival with 136 Energy left. So yeah thats one way in the meantime.
