One of the highlights of 1.1 are the backer tourists, which should visit the island and participate in certain festivals. But there are no tourists at my island, not even the faceless tourists that have been there before 1.1 dropped. I'm currently sitting at town rank A, working towards rank S. Do I need to see a special cutscene or meet any other requirement besides town rank increases to have tourists on my island?

They're there around festivals. They won't have a map marker though

But for me there are no new faces at and around festivals. Only the townies and the merfolk if the festival is within an expedition date. I've checked all winter and spring festivals already, but nothing for me. So there is no cutscene I have to see and this is probably a bug?

I also haven't seen any of the tourists and they haven't been at the festivals either. Not sure if thay just visit the town at the time of the festival and don't actually go to it?
