I was informed in the coral-general chat the this was a possible bug. I'm adding in pics of the one alter not finished and the seed I was given from the goddess. Goddess gave me the seed after the Rare Alter was done and made a comment about being rewarded for said alter being completed. I also got the achievement for healing the temple and not sure if that's part of it. I'm also unsure if me unlocking the warp item before the alter change has anything to do with it.

Can you let us know the in-game date when you saw the Goddess cutscene and when the "Healing the World" achievement appeared?
