What exactly is part of Ship Everything?

I have all the other Ship achievements, just missing that one.

A1: yes, seems like getting the DIY Expert badges/achievement requires you to also craft all the scarecrows. so yeah gotta grab em all scarecrow recipe from festival & with merit points

A2: Legendary farmer requires you to ship all item in produce & found categories at your journal, so :
All fish, critters, insect, gems, crops & fruit, animal produce, land & ocean forage, fossil, and artifact
