I have a quick question about the NPC animal characters, I finished the Merfolk questline that makes me able to understand the ocean critters. However, on land, there are two instances of "You don't understand what's being said", ||King Tan and Pandazen|| I am a bit confused about this since I was able to understand the latter when I unlocked their area, I am on town rank B. Just curious if I ran into a bug or if I was rather not supposed to understand ||Pandazen|| during the first meeting
