What am I missing? Been walking around town and Pufferfish and his house on sunny days since the summer. It's now winter. We're at 7 hearts. 🥲
Was able to do it in an older, pre-1.1 save but started over to work toward the finale.

I have also trouble with this event. The info in the official wiki seems to be wrong because I circled pufferfish for days now. I think I couldn’t try it during rain though. I also ran by the community centre several times and there it didn’t trigger also. I definitely had the 2 heart event where he is playing guitar in the community centre. This is sad, I shouldn’t have started a new save, I had watched several of Theo’s events on an older save 🥲

If it can't be triggered in the second half of Fall...shouldn't the event requirements be amended in the game? I'm sure I'm not the only one who's wasted a bunch of time trying to trigger it, not knowing it couldn't be triggered during that date range.
