I'm aware of the odd post marriage dialogue bug that has been reported, but my issue is slightly different so I'm not entirely sure if it's related or not -- so I've made a new post.
Platform: Steam/PC - Win. 11

Game Saves: 2
- One save married to Rafael (it's the save I've continued from early access)
- One save where my character hasn't even gotten to give the locket out, and only Theo has 8 hearts.
As I've been playing on my secondary save, I've noticed that the Rafael in that save (at 6 hearts currently) started to talk to me about the tevandium dialogues even though I hadn't even seen any of his relationship cutscenes yet (in fact, as of writing, I've just completed the 2-heart event just to test if I was still able to see his heart events). The last thing he told me before I went to see this 2-heart event is that 'he was still having troubles refining the tevandium'.
This has persisted through several days of playing, where I've fully closed the game (so a game "reset" didn't fix the issue).
I'm most familiar with Rafael's scenes due to my first save, so I'm not sure if other NPC's have exhibited this spoiler-dialogue, but I'll update this post if I notice other bachelor/ettes exhibit this behavior.

I wanted to add that I have asked Rafael to hang out a few times at this point.
