Hi, I backed the game years ago and have been unable to play it because I didn’t have a windows machine. Now I have one- how do I find my key? I don’t see it on backerkit, just the keys for outfits and things.

You'll want to go to backerkit and check. It will tell you Steam key or Switch key there. What does it show when you check? If you only have an alpha key and extras keys, that sounds like you might have backed for switch

The community managers said it's about a week before you'll get a reply so don't panic if it takes some time

Yup, they're more than a little backed up, so just have some patience, they'll be able to get you a steam key
