I did respond in another persons bug report but thought I would also add my own as I am using the PC version on Xbox App.
I'm married to Mark and I had a dialogue with Eva where she said she wanted to create an exact replica of mine and her wedding cake. Currently at 5 hearts with her but obviously just friends since I am married to Mark :)
I've also just had the same occur with Alice. I have attached some screenshots I'm unsure if they're of any help.
