Underwater barn bug

After gaining access to the underwater barn, I tried to place it in my underwater farm but couldn't since I had to clear the rocks first. So, I canceled the barn placement and suddenly the auto petter, the auto collector, and the temperature machine popped up out of nowhere (same pattern as how I placed them in the barn I have from the land farm) on the underwater farm and they can't be destroyed. After I went back to check on my land farm, those 3 items also popped up on my farm as well but outside the barn and can't be destroyed either.

Platform: Steam PC
Specs: Window 11 Home, Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz
Game Version: V1.1-1222

P.S. After I decided to place an underwater barn on top of those items, they're still there even after the construction is completed.

Update:
Exit and reopen the game seems to fix the issue because they're now gone from both the land farm and the underwater farm.
