I got stuck in inventory while diving. My bag was full, so I was trying to throw away a stone after catching an ocean critter. Clicking anywhere just makes the critter info pop up, same happens when I press any hotkey (including Esc). Seemingly no way to resolve this - had to quit the game through task manager.
