So far my bee hives, solar panels, aging barrels and slime replicator are stuck in limbo and aren’t producing products. I’ve filled them with ingredients and the black circle bars fill up but then they never release the items. With the solar panel I can just hit it with an axe and put it back down to continue the process but I can’t do that with the bee hives or the slime replicator and now I can’t use them and can’t get my items from them.

You have to refresh your game. So quit and then reload. Pretty sure this is the same issue a lot of people are having, so I think that's the solution.
