I was waiting for my 2nd child, but i lost my 2nd bedroom after the update, i have a door now, and when i use it, it say me to upgrade my house, but when i go to the carpenter it say that i can't upgrade it anymore. (i'm on xbox)

I think I read somewhere else that since the update you can enter that room only after the child is there.

As Aquarius said, the child bedrooms only appear after you get the child.
