Got the same problem i bought one day collected next day from the mail and no craftings ;/ gues its better to avoid buying things that gives recipes from the online shop ;/ the diffrence is i cant buy from normal merit exhange nów ;/

Have the same issue here. Bought from the online merit shop and can't buy them again from the community center. Recipe is still locked.
