#Crash 100% of the time

Can you please provide us with some information below to help us investigate this cause?
- How long you've been playing in a day (real-life) before this crash happened?
- Have you successfully completed one in-game day before the crash happened?
- What game speed setting did you choose when playing the game? You can check it on the setting.
- What is your current in-game season and year?
- How many auto chests do you have?
- Have you healed the Coral tree and become a merfolk?
- How many donations have you made to the museum?
- Can you share a screenshot of your town rank progression in the journal, and your farm layout?
I'm having the same problem on Series S so maybe I can piggy back on this with my specifics rather than starting a new post:
- How long you've been playing in a day (real-life) before this crash happened? Currently it happens after 30-40 minutes of gameplay IRL
- Have you successfully completed one in-game day before the crash happened?: At this point no
- What game speed setting did you choose when playing the game? Game speed is at 50%
- **What is your current in-game season and year? **Year 2, Fall 19
- How many auto chests do you have? 10 operational
- Have you healed the Coral tree and become a merfolk?: Yes
- How many donations have you made to the museum? 328
- Can you share a screenshot of your town rank progression in the journal, and your farm layout? See attached

- If you are talking about game time speed, it’s the default value 100%
- Fall Year 7
