Reproduction Steps Reach savannah cave floor 25 and pick up the wellness fruit, the visible bx with the hp up stuck around until save was reloaded
Repro Rate - unable to retry easily because progressed day, text stuck around though (Edit: Reproduced on floor 50 with following clip)

Happened to me yesterday twice. After every wellness fruit, I just got out to menu after day saves with it and load again, then this dissapear.
