Hi there, I had an alpha key which doesn't work anymore. Did this get switched to a pre release one or did I just miss that memo entirely?

You probably have key in your backer kit. If you can't find it, contact stairway at [e-mail] or DM a community manager when they get in

Couldn't find it in either place sadly. So I just messaged them

If you backed for PC, you would have also gotten an early access key. If you backed for switch, you would have only gotten an alpha key.
