Crash message when loading

I keep getting this crash message when I try to load the game. Please help!

I updated my computer, Windows, and the Xbox app, and restarted my computer but I keep getting the same message. This happened after I updated the game with the latest version.

What helped me was running the game in compatibility mode for windows 7. Try either that or for windows 8.
