#Crash message when loading

I updated my computer, Windows, and the Xbox app, and restarted my computer but I keep getting the same message. This happened after I updated the game with the latest version.
My game keeps crashing as well
Please help. I'm still getting the same message when I try to load my game.

What helped me was running the game in compatibility mode for windows 7. Try either that or for windows 8.

Hi Dinda, I bought the game after playing it on Game Pass. I get the above crash message after I click on the game's icon on my desktop.
