Reproduction Steps : So , i just play this game again after beta and there's notification that all item will be reset except money. then i just start the first day and i see in the cut scene i should get the basic equipment like hoe,axe,watering can, etc. but when it my inventory is empty .

In the meantime, you could go to the Blacksmith and Beach Shack to Retrieve the missing tools.
