I equip this ring in the ring slot to move faster in the water, but it does not work. I finished the mermaid quest to have a tail + equip this ring but still my speed is as slow as the early game. Whenever I open the game it works but the next days in game the issue happens.

first clip is where i just start the game (non-bug)
second clip is when the issue happens, always when i come to the next days in game. Sometimes the speed even reset to normal diving speed (without tail), usually when i teleport from land to the ocean.
