helo, does the recycling center supposed to still look dirty after i completed the town attraction related to it?

i have the gacha mechanism but i thought the place will be..tidier (and the dialog box still says i can’t use the recycling system)

Have you viewed the attraction completed cutscene?
For the kids art project display in town?

oh but on a second thought it might not triggered, because i have other attractions completed on the same day. to be honest i kind of forgot.

but i have been going in an out the recycling center and use the gacha machine, but no cutscene triggered

It’s cutscene isn’t at the recycle centre, it’s cutscene is for the kids art project portion = stairs behind the clinic in town
