This has happened ever since the new update on PlayStation for the game. I gave 3 gems for the “uncommon” tier. Then gave 1 ruby to the super rare tier. I never quit the game without it saving in the morning. My ruby was gone. I thought maybe I didn’t give it to the offering and just thought I did.. So I gave 2 Peridot to the rare tier and 3 Diamonds to the super rare tier.. only for them to disappear and both of those tiers on the Precious Gems offering show 0/3..

It's a known bug. To avoid it from happening, do the bundle in one go instead of offering it one category one by one.
