Missing Karen icon from map

• Reproduction Steps It started happening when I entered the Pufferfish drilling corp building even before their very first cutscene of the rally in front of it, it was before 8am. This was because I wanted to fill Karen's icon as soon as she appeared in town. I went back to it later around 8am and then it triggered the cutscene, and the lack of an icon still persisted. (edit: this is my first time playing the game so I don't know if Karen actually has an icon, but the missing space leads me to believe this is either a visual mistake or she really is missing)
• Repro Rate 100% since it started, hasn't left at all
• Game Platform Steam
• Game Version v1.1-1221, still here but encountered even before v1.1-1220
• Input Mode Keyboard and mouse
• Your save file
• Attachment

I have the same issue, but since the cutscene, I did not enter the building before
