Missing Gem in Rare Altar Bug (PS5)

I offered 3 gems and now they are missing?? I dont remember the day I submitted them. It was shortly after unlocking the Savannah. I donated Jasper and Azurite in the any rare gem category and now its reading as 0/3. I donated black opal in the any super rare gem category. ITS GONE?!!

I just donated a diamond today on Fall Year 3 Day 25 Thursday. Now the super rare gem category is now reading as 1/3 when it should be 2/3 since I donated the black opal a while back. I save every time I donate a gem.

Update: I got another Azurite from a geode. I will be saving this day

This happened to me as well after the update on PlayStation.

this is happening to me, too. I had completed the rare gems with a peridot, an aquamarine, and a jasper, and it showed 3/3. now it's back to 0/3. I'm on PC.

Yep this just happened to me now. Im on day 28, now its back to 0/3. This is ridiculous

Update: Fall Day 28 Year 3. Both sections are now reading as 0/3.

This is happening to me too :(( i already got 1 black opal and i thought i accidentally donated it to the museum instead cuz i forgot why is it missing from my chest but theres no progress in my offering either, and then i offered 2 diamonds for the offering later but when i checked my offering today its just show 0/3 progress.. and then i realized my first black opal got missing from the offering too huhu i could finish the offering but now i have to start all over again..

Damn so its affecting pc players too?! I know theres another post, its affecting xbox players

Work around whilst they fix the bug: Save all your gems for donation and donate them all at the same time to complete it.

I might have to start doing that. Its so hard to get the rare and super rare gems. Its a little easier in the cave of memories to get some but not always

Get one of each for the 3 altars and throw them in a slime if replication. They don’t have to be different gems.

I dont have the slime replicator yet😭 my combat mastery is only lvl 4

What town rank are you? You can get it from a library book.
