There are Durians and Oranges in my Sprinklers Auto SFH 
They happen sometimes in the greenhouse too.

Game Version : v1.1 - 1220

edit: thought I should mention, but I've only seen Durian and Orange so far. no other fruits

for how many times, I'd say I have noticed them for like 2-3 times so far?
they do appear in different sprinklers.
I saw them once inside my greenhouse where I dont have Durian/Orange fruit trees.

Could you tell us how long you waited or checked your auto SFH before the issue occurred?

I was already just speedrunning the game at the time (waiting for that last season for the critter so I could S rank the museum + town) so maybe 2- 3 seasons? I have Auto - SFH on my sprinklers so I just put seed at the beginning of each season then just let it do it's thing after 😂 I just check them every once in a while to see if it's full so I could take the stuff out.
I did start a new save tho, I'll update here too if it happens there as well
