Reproduction Steps Did the junior upcyclers, got the cutscene on the town part, but cant remember getting the recycle center cutscene, noticed way too late, now I have a "schrodinger cat" recycle center, wich has both appearences and somehow works.

I had to get imgs from google
that is how the reclycing center looks like before you do the town attraction
and that is how it should looks like after the town attraction is done
my center has both, the old and new look and also has the new gacha function

I have the same issue. The Junior Upcyclers building finished upgrading while the Recreation Center was still upgrading, I got the cutscene walking by Sam’s where it showed the new art in town, but when I went to the recycling center it looked the same to me. It took me a while to notice the recycling bin, which works just fine, but if I interact with the building itself it says that I can’t use the recycling center. It still looks dirty like the first picture.
