In my case, I married Alice. After about a week post-wedding, while heading into the mines, I encountered Scott in the entrance of the cavern examining the icons on the floor. When I spoke to him, he said his "I can't believe we've been married a week" line (not a verbatim quote).
In case it matters, I currently have 12 hearts with Alice and 4 with Scott.

Sadly not. Given that it was just him saying his normal dialog (just at the wrong time), I'm not sure how helpful it would be anyway.

I believe devs fixed this one with today's hotfix. Can't validate it myself, of course.

im having this same issue, I married Rafael and I keep getting "we've been married a week" dialog (and also "almost married a week" dialog, previously) with every eligible bachelor and bachelorette I speak with
im not sure if it happens with any other marriage milestone dialogs, but seeing it happened twice, I would expect it to tbh
its just each of their personalized dialog for it

Hi. This is happening to me too. I married Luke and a week later. Lily mentions marrying me in her mothers dress. Yuri states we are married and twin flames. Then under the sea
The princess amd Denali state that I'm married to both of them too. I play 1.1 original save on PC via Steam.
