I have unlocked all of the Giants in the caverns. I’ve completed all of the alters and removed the big boulder. The only thing I seem to be missing is I’m not getting a letter from the chieftain to listen to the last story.
I’m not sure what to do.

You need to be rank 4, and have the quest line done as well. I am only rank c. 😭 I got a lot of work to do.

You have to do all the cut Sean’s with the giants. They tell you the story of Gort- the fire giant twin who is missing.

I'm rank B and it triggered for me. You should see the cutscene in the giants village.

(The cut scene in giant village is irrelevant to town rank - it’s based on progression of giants storyline = have all 4 giants free from main mining caverns)

Same everything is a I’ve had the letter from the mer king also but no farm either .. so not it seems I can’t do that or the Savannah. But It shows I’ve meet all the giants including the twins

I read somewhere you have to complete the entire advanced altar offerings before you’ll be able to get to the Savannah but that could’ve been wrong I’m not sure I haven’t been able to find it yet either but I play on Xbox and there seems to be a lot of issues with consoles that they haven’t been able to fix yet

Before the 1.1 update, you needed to complete an altar to unlock the Savannah. But the update changed that to unlock the Cave of Memories
