Those are the orchestra offerings at each depth. you need the song of the sea questline for them

The memories are in the Cave of Memories in teh Savannah

Savanah gacha uses crops. The sell price of the crop (perk not included) is the value in the machine

How do u get the song of the sea quest

it's part of the underwater farming questline. Complete the One of Us quest, get to town rank A, see the town rank A celebration, and then you'll get an email to start a looooooooong quest line
