Having trouble with activating Semeru’s event. I’ve hit ten hearts with Semeru and played for a few days but I can’t seem to trigger his ten heart event yet. Is there a quest/letter I have to get to activate this or do I have to wait until he comes to land to trigger it?

Yes, there is a letter inviting you to the beach at noon. Only, it will not appear around winter/ 17-21 winterfest.
It's possible that he will send you the letter once he's on expedition

Hm, no i'm afraid its not in the Colosseum. You will receive a letter from him inviting you to the beach. The coral guide link above has all the details you need currently.
Just in case, there might be a chance he will send the letter during expedition date.

yes I've kissed him at the beach but the colosseum one confused me. the time and the description doesn't align either. I'm gonna propose him to marry first thing tomorrow lol. thanks!
