Precious Gems Offering resetting after donations

I donated 3 diamonds in the Super Rare gems category (bought them in the winter festival) and 1 Beryl (that i got from the mines) in the Rare gem category on 2 different occasions both reset back to 0.
The Uncommon gems is working ok.
I don’t have a picture of the before unfortunately.

Also had this happen :( playing on a steam deck. I can attach my save file if it helps, however, I don't know when my gems disappeared

I've also had this happen as well. Any rare gem and any super rare gem keep resetting on me. I even had the rare gem filled and it reset to 0. 😢

I ran into this as well - as a work around, you can save up all nine of your gems and donate them all at once, which then does clear the offering bundle. It was a hassle but better than losing the gems 🫠

Same. Had rare and super rare evaporate the next day after offering. Glad they're aware of it

This has happened to me twice. Also, it applied the rare Peridot to the Uncommon bundle - and then later all the Uncommon donations disappeared. Not making any gem donations till this gets fixed.

I HAVE LOST GEMS SO MANY TIMES! PLEASE FIX. I also waiting to donate all 3 at once and still lost them!

You need to collect all the gems and donate everything at the same time - don't do the separate bundles for gems - keep them in a chest so you can donate all 9 at the same time.

I have 1/3 done and its saved. I did the second group all together and it reverted. Do you think I could do the second group AND third group and it will save?

I've seen other people mention in the other thread (there's multiple) that donating ALL of the gems at the same time will make it stay

so all three groups at the same time to complete the alter
