This fish is swimming without moving its tail and he also pass through a rock (it's a Black Phantom Ghost fish). I don't know if the donation order counts on this bug, but I know it was my 3rd donation or 2nd fish donation.

All the saves in all versions I've played this happened. I used to play on Xbox game pass before buying the game and it happened there too on older versions. Two versions of the same flying insect, one flying around and the other gets stuck on the glass or the tree stump. It happened with butterflys and fly (that I've experienced). I guess it happens with any first flying insect donated, because I already tried to donate a crawling or ground bug first (this type of bug act normal all the times), but right after the first flying bug I donated, it happened again. By the way, on this print, this butterfly was my 5th donation and first bug donation, I don't have any other bug inside the insectary.
PS.: After the video, I donated other bugs, a butterfly, a moth, a beetle and a wasp. They are not being showed at the insectary, so the video shows exactly the same thing even after donating this bugs. I've tried to leave the museum and entering again, but nothing has changed.

Now I've donated around 15 bugs and the bugged bug has changed. Only one bug has appeared at the tree stump but the rest are not being showed. (day 6 spring year 1)
