So I have and I play coral Island on microsoft store, do I have to re-buy it on steam ?

You will not have to if you don't want to, just be aware that Stariway currently has no way to push hotfixes to anything but PC steam.

this This is correct, console backend includes XBox, which is Microsoft, which also includes Microsoft Store, unfortunately. :')
