Reproduction Steps: at the start of a day in Summer 2 there seems to be a repetition of the Karen announcing she is running for Mayor cutscene. I have already had this cutscene in the previous year and the subsequent scenes of her going around the town trying to get signatures.
Repro Rate : every other weekday in Summer 2 (this started after I updated to 1.1)
