-I contributed 2 gems (Morganite and Pink Crystal) to the "uncommon gem" part of the bundle, and now the game is saying I have 0/3. I know I submitted them because I wrote it down.
-Reproduction Steps: Unsure how this can be reproduced. I put the gems in there and kept playing the game. Came back a few days later and my progress regressed.
