I need to catch a fish that only comes out during the rain, but I'm almost halfway through the season and I haven't gotten anything other than sunny days. Is there anything I can do in-game that influences the weather? Is it a bug that it hasn't changed at all? I didn't want to have to wait another year to complete my offerings.
