I already finished the inn heated swimming pool attraction but for some reason, there’s no cutscenes for it nor it can be selected for a hangout event. Is it a bug or have I missed something?

I don't think so. It just triggered for me when I went down near it. Maybe only on sunny days? lots of cut scenes seem to only trigger in sun

Possibly if it's during the winter festival? Lots of things won't trigger then.

Winter festival on my end is two in-game days away. I’ll check if it gets triggered during Spring.

Update on this: It's already spring.... and still no cutscenes for the pool.

And it could not be used for any hangouts at all.

I also have this problem and when I ask this several days ago, some people also experienced it.

There isn’t a cutscene. It just shows as complete and then some of the townies talk about it. And there isn’t a hangout for it. It seems like it’s just for aesthetics.
