Reproduction steps: i completed junior upcyclers and went to recycling center but didn't get a cut scene of the change
Repro rate: it is the old recycling center every day i go by there since the completion

I’m not able to send a video when it occurred. I went about my day in Coral Island and didn’t think anything of it. Just thought it had to wait a couple in game days after it was completed and then checked it again. That’s when i noticed it hadn’t changed to what it needed to be.
