Auto Collector in the ground

This auto collector just suddenly appeared on the side of a barn. I never placed it there and never was inside the barn either. I can’t remove it. If I try to remove it, I remove the path tile

Also found an autopetter in the decor. They don’t go away!

I’m pretty sure these are the ones I had in the underwater barn for a bit. That barn bugged out. I removed the machines and eventually destroyed it and rebuilt it

Thank gawd! I restarted the game and they’re gone. So this is the solution for others that see this
