Eyebrows keep reverting in color

Reproduction steps: I go to the salon and change my eyebrow color (to teal to match my farmer's hair)and if I travel to the mermaid kingdom and back my character's eyebrows have reverted back to the original color (purple). When I first made my character, both her hair and eyebrows were purple, and I changed them both later in the game. The eyebrows just won't stay teal lol.
Repro: Eyebrows change back to purple if I go to the mermaid village and return to land

If you download xbox game bar it has a feature to record the last 30 seconds of gameplay

Ok so in this one, I logged on and my eyebrows were teal (of course right because I reported a bug) i went to the mermaid kingdom and back to my farm and they turned purple. Dont mind my family in the background LOL

This one is also the mermaid kingdom and back. I went to the kingdom and then to a different fast travel and they still turned purple

I can't seem to reproduce it overnight, but it definitely changes when i go back and forth from the mermaid kingdom so i'll edit my template

I keep changing it back but to no avail
