wakuu 10 heart event letter

does anyone know if wakuu’s 10 heart event letter will trigger in the fall? i just got to 10 hearts with him and he didn’t send the letter the next day, so i’m not sure if i have to wait a few days or if it only triggers in spring or something (ik it can’t happen in winter). i’m trying to marry him asap 😭🩷

there seems to be a bug with the 10 heart event letter now, and it's been reported but still isn't fixed yet.
