I did the upcycling "attraction" and it said it completed. I've slept at least 4 times since it said it was completed but the recycling center behind the museum still looks like a disaster. I've gone in to Town Hall numerous times and nothing's triggering a cut scene. Am I missing something? Has anyone else had this issue?

It still looks like a recycling centre but there is a gatcha machine in there now you put trash to get prizes
