festivals maps seem to be missing

I restarted my game after the big update, and now none of the festivals have the map that shows you where everything is or what is going on at the festivals
So fair the spring on, the tree planting and the pet festival has not had the map information booklet thing (can not think what it is called ) and someone else has said that there spooky festivals did not have it ether I have not got to that festivals yet
