I started the harvest festival in year 1. Chatted with everyone, submitted my produce, did a couple rounds of pumpkin smashing (only got the first reward), then went to apple bobbing, and the game crashed when the minigame started.
So far it happened only once.
I was playing on PC (Steam), game version 1.1-1198, with mouse and keyboard.
