Not only is his Birthday Chat message generic, but his romance is stuck at 8 hearts for me. I've seen his 8 heart event, and I can't seem to get further in the romance with him.
Is this bugged? Working as intended? I've waited for this update just to romance him and now I'm sad that it's buggy.
