#Not getting credit for gems on rare altar

  • Title First, why did we go from needing 5 gems to 9?? I previously submitted a diamond and one other gem, which took over a month to procure in the game, and I’m no longer seeing credit for them in the altar. The altar should show 3/3, 1/3 and 1/3
  • Reproduction Steps Unsure. The altar no longer showing credit for submitted gems.
  • Repro Rate has occurred once
  • Game Platform PlayStation 5
  • Game Version 1.1-1198
  • Input Mode Controller
  • Your save file unable to provide

Thank you Jen. It just took me so very long to procure a diamond. Having to do so again just seems cruel at this point.

This is happening to me as well, filled up 3/3 3/3 3/2
Then it dropped to 3/3 0/3 0/3

So added again to 3/3 0/3 3/3
And now I'm back to 3/3 0/3 0/3
😭😭😭😭😭

I'm having an issue like this too, I filled 3/3 1/3 3/3
and now is 0/3 0/3 3/3
This happened twice already, the first time I thought that I was crazy because I was playing at 03a.m, but it happened again.

Playing on the computer using a game pass with the 1.1 version.

Its very frustrating since is so difficult to complete this bundle
